If you feel this product is anything less than the best quality available, contact us for a replacement or full refund. Just email your order number and details of your return to [email protected] and we’ll look after you.

BILLING

We accept payments with Paypal, credit cards, debit cards and by bank transfer. We do not save credit card data or share customer data with third parties. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order. You agree to provide updated, complete and accurate information.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order once accepted, without penalty. The customer may cancel the order free of charge only in the event that the order has not been prepared for shipment. In case the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation or modification of the order may carry charges associated with the preparation and completion of the shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUND

If your product arrives damaged, you have 24 hours from receipt of the product to inform us of the damaged goods. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. In order to make the return, the item must be new, unused, unopened and in the same conditions in which it was received.

To return the product, send an email to [email protected] with the Order Number and we will tell you where to send the product. The email must contain the following information; Name and SKU of the product/s that are damaged. Detailed description of the damage. Photograph of the damaged product. Photograph of the damaged packaging. Photograph of the packaging label. IMPORTANT: In order to process your case, you must ensure to follow all of the steps above in the given timeframe.

Upon receipt of the product and its new, unused condition, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item and your refund will be processed. This will be credited to your credit card or through the original method of payment in approximately 5 business days.

SHIPPING

The shipping time is between 24h-72h from the day of order for national deliveries. Some locations such as islands or other remote areas may require additional time. All orders are sealed and packed in a box for safe delivery by the transport agency. For more information about shipping rates, see Shipping Costs.

WARRANTY

If your product arrives in poor condition, contact us immediately by phone or email. We will quickly proceed to make an exchange or refund. Keep the defective product until we tell you otherwise; We may require a photograph or arrange a return of it at our expense to check its status.
